This site was developed to provide information to assist people with a disability transition from school to adult life. It includes region-specific information for:
- ACT and region including Canberra, Cooma, Goulburn, Queanbeyan and Yass
- South-East NSW region including: Wollongong/Illawarra region; the Southern Highlands; and the South Coast to Bega.
This website is maintained by the Canberra Institute of Technology, former host of the Disability Coordination Office (DCO)program for Canberra and region. The DCO program ended on 31 December 2007 and has been replaced by the National Disability Coordination Office (NDCO) program. The Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) and TAFE NSW Illawarra Institute hosted DCO offices are now closed. Northcott Disability Services is the new NDCO service provider for the ACT and SE NSW region including Eden Monaro, Queanbeyan, Yass, Goulburn and Illawarra regions.

The future of this website has yet to be determined. It will remain active under the stewardship of the Canberra Institute of Technology but may not be updated on as regular a basis as before. Further details about the changes to the site will be announced on the website and via the eNewsletter.
