Disability Coordination Office ACT - Negotiating the Maze

The Future Pathways Guide is a project of the ACT Interagency Transition Committee. This Committee was established in February 2006 to increase cross-agency collaboration within the disability sector so as to improve post school outcomes for students with a disability transitioning from school and college to adult life.
